“Wow, what can I say about Rick that hasn’t already been said? He was simply wonderful to work with. Smooth sailing personality, never any issues with technical know-how, great positive attitude, and a very friendly attitude in the professional environment. He and I worked on the launch of O365 back in 2015 at Microsoft. This at the time was the biggest launch in Microsoft history. He and I were handpicked to work on the launch for that product and worked on a team of about 6 other technical producers. This was a dept of about 25 onshore, and offshore producers who worked in this dept.
The launch was very intense with it being in the war-room for 23 straight hours of very arduous and technical production work. I’ve been in launches before that took maybe 10 hours the most, but never 23 straight hours. Rick and the team launched with minimal bugs at the end of the day, all to the merits of great pre-production QA’ing and all the provisions we made to ensure a safe, uneventful launch. I hope to work with Rick again in the future. He was such a pleasant person to work with. I rarely work with anyone that is this easy-going and eager to help others. He is very technically advanced and passionate about his work. A rare combination to find in one person. I would highly recommend him to any organization that needs and requires such high-caliber performance from their employees.”
